Ava’s Story

Age at diagnosis: 3 years

Breed: Maltese

Ava is a warrior. Even in the early darkest days, she remained sweet and loving. We changed our life to take care of her early on and it's paid off. She's now 12, has arthritis so mobility is limited, hair loss from long term prednisone, blind in one eye - but still tries to play, always gives kisses and is the love of my life.
